Almost every morning this dolphin and sometimes his friends can been seen steadily moving south along the shore. Daybreak breakfast time I’m sure. Nature’s gift to us to start the beach days off right!

SEAWALL UPDATE! As of Jan 2024, the new seawall has been installed in front of our building. The concrete cap has been poured & will cure for the next couple weeks. Next up is the paver patio, landscaping & new sets of beach stairs.
