SEAWALL UPDATE! As of Jan 2024, the new seawall has been installed in front of our building. The concrete cap will be poured next. Equipment has moved south to our neighbor building SeaCoast Gardens 3. Beach access is still in place as normal.

➡️(2) two outdoor gas grills, clubhouse with restrooms, sun deck with ample lounge chairs

➡️Direct access to our beautiful sandy no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach!

Please note:

✔️Beach/Pool access bands are provided for the number of guests on the reservation. Max 4 for our unit. They must be worn while on property and left on the check-in table upon exit. A $20 replacement fee per band will apply for lost bands.

✔️The office is NOT able to provide additional bands or parking passes. Visitor parking is first come/first served, extremely limited & not guaranteed. Travel in one vehicle is highly recommended.

Other things to note

➖SeaCoast Gardens 2/3 requires wristbands to be worn at all times in the common area. ➖Please refrain from using candles or incense. ➖Grills and firepits are not permitted. Gas grills are available for use at the rear of the clubhouse. Sign-up sheet is located on the bulletin board in the clubhouse. Please clean after use!

Payment

Payment for your reservation will be divided into two parts. Upon booking, a 50% prepayment will be required, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your arrival. Should the booking be made less than 14 days before your arrival date, the full payment will be required at the time of booking.
