Please follow these rules so that you can enjoy your time and remain safe throughout your stay.

House Rules

1. No pets are allowed.
2. No glitter is permitted on the property.
3. No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only.
4. Gatherings like game nights, kickbacks, or baby showers are welcome with up to 15 guests. For larger groups, please contact the host.
5. Additional guests? Reach out to the host for easy approval.
6. Planning a party? Please contact the host to arrange details, discuss any necessary preparations, and confirm if additional charges apply.
7. This is a content-friendly house—feel free to use it for creativity, but treat it with respect!
8. All items should remain on the property. We take before-and-after photos of the entire interior and exterior after each stay.
9. No damage to the property will be tolerated.
10. The backyard is open and accessible for your enjoyment.

Additional Guidelines

• Quiet hours: 1:00 am – 7:30 am.
• Please do not unplug any devices or electronics.
• Keep all areas clean during your stay.
• Avoid staining the linens.
• No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property.
• Hand-wash dishes and place them in the dishwasher to dry.
• Keep doors closed and locked at all times for safety.
• Trash pick-up is at 5:00 pm on Mondays. Kindly take out the trash and return the bin inside afterward.
• Dining chairs are located in the W&D closet for your convenience.
