By booking our home, you agree to abide by all rules and accept the following terms:

NOISE

Please respect our neighbors, community and keep noise to a minimum. If we receive a noise complaint during the booking period, it will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, evacuation of the property and no refund will be given.

HOUSEKEEPING

Please leave shoes at the door, do not move furniture and leave things better than you found them.

PARTIES/EVENTS

No parties, events or unregistered guests without permission. A $100 fee per person will be charged for unregistered guests post reservation.

MINORS

No unaccompanied minors, or groups with no adults over 21.

SMOKING

No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijana, cannabis, open flames (candles), incense or illegal substances allowed on the premises/property.

GUNS

No firearms allowed on the premises.

DAMAGE

Each guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the property sustained during the guest's scheduled booking time. Each guest agrees to pay in full for repairing or replacing any item or structure damaged by the guest or others invited to the property.

LIABILITY

Guest assumes liability for injury to any persons they invite to the space. Guests also assume responsibility for any injury that results from the guest's visitors during their booking period. Additionally, guest agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Property Owner & Host from any cost, liability, claim, damages, demand arising from injury, loss, illness, or death to themselves, and additional guests invited to the property.
