HEATING & COOLING

We have baseboard heating and you can adjust the temperature for heat only using the thermostat in the hallway.

There is a wall heating unit in the second bedroom next to the night stand.

We use a Window AC unit during the summer and can adjust the temp on the machine in the kitchen.

TV

You will need to use your own login info to enjoy a movie or your favorite show during your stay. Please logout of any apps that you use before you leave.

LAUNDRY

We offer paid laundry on-site at Como Flat. The cost is $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry.

To access the laundry room, you will exit the unit and follow the sidewalk down Frankson street until you see the back of the building with the exterior door next to the trash and recycling bins.

Use code 7429 to enter the exterior door.
