From the street use the keypad on the right, code 1937 will unlock doors. Then go to metal gates.
Do not use keypad at the door. If gate is locked use small keypad on left: code 1066.
Code is 1066 and will open the gate
Go to keysafe.
Open keysafe with code 2018 Take keys. SILVER Square key opens glass doors that you have just walked past.
Now you have the keys, go back a few steps and open the glass door with the SILVER key and up to Flat 7 on the 2nd (TOP) floor. Use BLUE key for the blue wooden front door to my Flat. (Yellow key is for the white & glass Street door, or just use the 1937 code again.) Welcome!

My Flat is in the building with white and glass Front doors next to to Mann estate agents, there are 2 signs saying 'St James House'


It is opposite the bollards in the road. 


A car can park outside for you to unload but you risk a ticket for any longer. 


The flat is on the top floor. There is stairs / lift. 



Please follow carefully, there are photos to help: 


From the street you will see white & glass doors, on the right is a keypad, enter 1937 to unlock. 


Goto the metal gate, if it is locked use code 1066 on the small keypad next to the gate. 

NOT the keypad next to the glass door. 


Lock box / keysafe is on the wall to your left, next to a big green box cabinet. 


Code is 2018


The square SILVER key opens the glass doors that you have just walked past and that you now need to open to get to my Apartment. 

 

The BLUE key is for the front door to Apartment 7 which is on the (top) 2nd floor. 


During your stay, You can use code 1937 for the street doors, or the YELLOW key.
