The space

Quaint and cozy, this one level, modern luxury condo has high ceilings, brand new appliances and fixtures. There are no stairs so just walk right in. The open concept kitchen boasts a 10 foot counter with enough seating for your group to gather, prepare meals, play games and make memories.

Enjoy your family and friends on the sectional couch which opens to a queen size bed.

The master suite has a king bed, closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The additional bedroom has a king bed with access to a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The condo comes equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, Keurig and regular coffee pot. We will provide a starter kit of coffee pods, sugar, sweeteners, paper towels and TP. Linens and towels are also included.

Outside, enjoy the large, heated pool with cabanas that you can rent for you stay.

Pets allowed. 1 dog less than 50lbs. Fee applies.

**Please note the following: This complex is in the final phase of construction. Anticipated completion is Spring 2024. The construction going on now is not near this unit but in the opposite end of the community. Please avoid contact with any areas that under construction.
