- Party allowed, but please close doors and no smoking inside! (Party allowed only in the Disco Room)

ROOF TOP -

- Party NOT allowed, low volume speaker allowed, smoking allowed, No Nudity Allowed.

1. Big parties are prohibited on the premises. We prioritize the peace and comfort of our neighbors and community.

2. Please refrain from making excessive noise and playing loud music after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

3. Maximum people allowed to be in the apartment are 8 people including guests and visitors 

4. All guests entering to the apartment must present their ID to the guard ( Guest who doesn’t present a physical ID will not be able to enter ) 

5. Entry of minors under 18 years of age is not permitted

GUEST AND VISITORS Maximum occupancy:

- Maximum occupancy: 8 people (including guests and visitors) with a max of 5 visitors at the same time.

- Guest limits:

- If there are 6 registered guests, a maximum of 2 additional visitors are allowed.

- If there are 5 registered guests, a maximum of 3 additional visitors are allowed.

- If there are 4 registered guests, a maximum of 4 additional visitors are allowed.

- If there are 3 registered guests, a maximum of 5 additional visitors are allowed.

- If there are 2 or fewer registered guests, a maximum of 5 additional visitors are allowed.

- All visitors must be registered with the security guards and provide valid government identification.

- Overnight visitors need to register with the host as additional guests.

- Please note that excessive noise or disruption to the building's quiet enjoyment will not be tolerated.
