Terms and Conditions for 10% Off Offer 1. Eligibility: 1.1. This offer is available to all guests who book their first stay with us directly through our official website or reservation platform. 1.2. The 10% discount on your second booking will apply only after the completion of your first stay. 2. Friend Referral Discount: 2.1. To claim the friend discount, you must refer a new guest who has not booked with us before. 2.2. The referral must be nominated by notifying us in advance of their booking by email ([email protected]). The nominated name must match the name on the booking. 2.3. Your referred friend will receive 10% off their first booking, which must also be made through our official booking channels. 3. Booking and Redemption: 3.1. The 10% refund for both your second booking and your friend's first booking will occur at the end of the week each booking was made. 3.2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts. 3.3. The 10% refund is refunded back to the card used for the booking. There is no other alternative. 4. Validity: 4.1. The second booking must be made within 6 months of your first stay to qualify for the discount. 4.2. The referred friend must book their stay within 3 months of receiving the referral. 5. Cancellation: 5.1. If the first or second booking is cancelled, the offer will no longer apply. 5.2. If the referred friend cancels their booking, the referral offer becomes void. 6.
